Strategic thinker and facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience working in the public and private sectors, the consulting and think-tank arenas, and more recently in the aviation industry. Extensive knowledge of the EU, French and U.S. policy landscapes.

Founded AVNACO in 2025, with the aim of building bridges between policy gaming, political and geopolitical risk analysis and strategic advisory.

Advisor for Europe to LAM LHA, a Paris-based aviation security and facilitation consultancy, where he primarily supports clients and policymakers on air travel information, passenger data and biometrics.

Part of the original team which launched Airlines for Europe (A4E) in 2016. Former A4E representative to the EU’s Stakeholders Advisory Group on Aviation Security (SAGAS), the Executive Committee of the European Strategic Coordination Platform on Cybersecurity in Aviation (ESCP), the Digital Transport and Logistics Forum (DTLF), and as part of the EU’s industry consultation process on Conflict Zone Information Bulletins (CZIBs).

Former Transatlantic Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), where he led the think tank’s initiatives in Brussels on trade, strategic industries, innovation and the digital economy.

Started his carrier in the French Prime Minister’s Services, working for the Secretariat General for Defense and National Security (SGDSN).

Holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Policy from Sciences Po in Paris, a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiations from Paris-Sud XI University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
